The reservation is effective with the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental by cheque or bank transfer.

The cleaning is charged 30€ per rental for cottages with a maximum capacity of 2 people, 60€ beyond.

The deposit is made by cheque to be handed over when the keys are handed over. It is not cashed and returned when you leave.
