The reservation is effective with the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental by cheque or bank transfer.

Cleaning is charged at 30 € per rental for gîtes with a maximum capacity of 2 people, 60 € beyond that.

The deposit is made by cheque to be handed over when the keys are handed over. It is not cashed and returned when you leave.

A tourist tax of 0.70 €/day/adult applies to all rentals.
